Noontime Yoga's summer schedule starts today

Submitted by Kathryn Harth

Noontime Yoga will be offered throughout the summer every Wednesday starting May 17 through Aug. 9, with class beginning at 12:05 p.m. and ending at 12:50 p.m. The group will meet at the International Student Center in the Multipurpose Room. View the schedule.

The International Student Center is at the intersection of Claflin Road and Mid-Campus Drive. View the center on the Manhattan campus map.

Noontime Yoga is free to K-State faculty, staff, students and the Manhattan community. Whether you are an experienced yogi or a beginner, all are welcome, and there are no requirements — just bring your own yoga mat. Show up when you can, even if you have to be a little late or need to leave a little early.

To stay up to date about schedules, cancellations and upcoming events, join the K-State Noontime Yoga Facebook Group or sign up for the Noontime Yoga listserv.

Noontime Yoga began in 2002 through Nonviolence Studies and Programs and has been sponsored by UFM Community Learning Center. Many thanks to the International Student Center for hosting the program this summer and to the leaders who donate their time and talents to continue this unique opportunity for the K-State family.
