Undergraduate Slate CRM training workshops available

Submitted by Karen Goos

The undergraduate admissions team is now using Slate to manage all undergraduate prospect, inquiry, recruitment and admissions functions for Kansas State University.

Designed and developed exclusively for higher education, Slate is a single unified customer relationship management system that is used to cultivate track and respond to prospect interest, deliver admissions decisions, send multichannel communications and manage recruitment and admissions events.

To introduce the features of the platform, the Enrollment Management CRM team will host three Slate CRM introductory workshops via Zoom:

  • 1-2 p.m. Friday, April 21.
  • 10-11 a.m. Tuesday, April 25.
  • 2-3 p.m. Tuesday, May 2.

Register for the Slate CRM Introductory Workshops. A Zoom link will be sent to the registrants prior to the event.

The topics of the workshops include:

  • Introduction to Slate and the Slate resource team.
  • How to log in.
  • Basic structure and terminology.
  • Basic navigation focusing on the student record.
  • Questions.
