Building Your Conflict Management Toolkit offered virtually on June 21 and 23

Building Your Conflict Management Toolkit will be offered from 8:30–10:30 a.m. Monday, June 21, and from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Wednesday, June 23, via Zoom. Attendance at both sessions will be required to receive credit for the topic.

Enhance your confidence in managing conflict within your department or unit by building your toolkit geared toward your supervisory role in responding to challenging situations that naturally occur within the workplace.

The session will provide the following to participants:

  • Address employee workplace concerns to build a healthy work environment.
  • Combine ideas and techniques to cultivate civility in the workplace.
  • Access tips and tools to work through difficult conversations.
  • Acquire the conflict resolution resources to directly assist with workplace disputes.

You must be a current supervisor of USS or unclassified professionals to attend this session. This session is offered in conjunction with the K-State Supervisory Foundations Pillar I: Establishing Your Supervisory Foundation certificate program, therefore, seating is limited.
