Kansas State University promotes 77 faculty members, 46 receive tenure

Seventy-seven Kansas State University faculty members are receiving promotions in rank, with 46 faculty members earning tenure.

The promotions include 28 faculty members to the rank of full professor, 46 faculty members to the rank of associate professor with tenure, one faculty member to the rank of clinical professor and two members to the rank of clinical associate professor.

"Promotion and tenure recognize the outstanding achievements of our faculty in teaching, research and scholarship, and service, and I am delighted to celebrate these contributions with them," said Charles Taber, provost and executive vice president. "Congratulations to all of our newly tenured and promoted faculty!"
