Office of Institutional Equity to conduct mandatory non-discrimination training and disability self ID

Submitted by Office of Institutional Equity

On Thursday, Jan. 14, all K-State employees will receive a personalized Qualtrics link from the K-State Office of Institutional Equity, or OIE, through their K-State email account. The email will direct employees to a 10-minute training on K-State's Non-Discrimination Policy, PPM 3010

In addition to the training, all employees will also receive a disability self-ID form that they need to complete. The non-discrimination training focuses on prohibited conduct, how to report and who must report.

  • Employees must complete the required training and self-ID form within 30 calendar days of being invited. Failure to timely complete the mandatory training may result in employment-related restrictions or discipline.

Questions regarding non-discrimination training and the self-ID Form may be directed to K-State OIE at equity@k-state.edu, 785-532-6220, TRS 711. For more information on PPM 3010 — including FAQ, Title IX and helping resources — visit k-state.edu/oie/.

If you need an accommodation, please note that the campus ADA coordinator is the director of employee relations and engagement, who may be reached at charlott@k-state.edu or, 785-532-6277 and TTY or TRS 711.
