Kansas State University continues to provide updates in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The following is a summary of announcements from Nov. 30-Dec. 4.

Updates continue to be posted on the COVID-19 website, which includes guidance and frequently asked questions about the return to university campuses.

The university continues to track and evaluate COVID-19 data in our community.
Every week, K-State is updating the online dashboard that tracks COVID-19 data in university-connected communities.

Riley County Health Department identifies new COVID-19 outbreaks.
The Riley County Health Department identified new community COVID-19 outbreaks in the Dec. 2 report.

K-State offers voluntary asymptomatic testing for faculty and staff.
Through the end of December, voluntary asymptomatic testing is available for Kansas State University faculty and staff at Lafene Health Center. Appointments are required and can be made on the myLafene+ patient portal or by calling 785-532-6544.

Health Department continues 14 day quarantine period.
The Riley County Health Department released on Dec. 3 that the quarantine requirement for a close contact will remain at 14 days. The health department is reviewing recent quarantine adjustments provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and will provide an update if changes are adopted for the county.

K-State Athletics announces attendance restrictions at Bramlage Coliseum.
On Dec. 1, K-State Athletics announced that Bramlage Coliseum will be open to approximately 15% capacity for men's and women's basketball games beginning this week.
