Reminder: Complete survey for USS/UPS employees on Docking Report

Dear K-State staff,
During the 2019-2020 spring semester, multiple listening sessions were held to collect input from UPS and USS employees. These sessions focused on *three key themes surrounding the results reported from the Docking Report.
While there were a lot of good ideas that were presented during those sessions, our goal was to identify actionable items that have the potential to make the biggest impact for the least monetary investment to present to the President’s cabinet.
The following recommendations for future actions steaming from trends based on the results of the report will be presented to the President's Cabinet in November.
- Professional Development — Availability.
- Recognition/Appreciation — Inclusion.
- Perks and Benefits — Flexibility.
- *Communication — was included in an effort to connect with all university employees and seems to be a place where we may be able to tie together several recommendations.
Before we make the presentation, we want to ensure that we heard your concerns accurately and that our recommendations truly reflect staff ideas.
