Human Capital Services customer service statement

Human Capital Services continues to work remotely while the university is in Phase 3 of the Reawakening K-State plan. We commit to continuing to provide excellent customer service during this time.

  • Starting Aug. 9, the main HCS phone line will be covered:
    • Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to noon and 1-5 p.m.
    • Closed from noon to 1 p.m.
  • In-person meetings will be limited to an as-needed basis. Meetings will be limited and must be made by appointment by reaching out to the individual or unit as appropriate. HCS will not be open for walk-ins.
  • Search committee meetings and candidate interview processes will continue to be held via Zoom. 
  • Paperwork and documents must be submitted through ImageNow whenever possible. If ImageNow is not available, documents should be sent to hrimaging@k-state.edu. Documents should be sent via encrypted email when appropriate.
    • College/units may experience delays if hard copy documents are dropped off at Edwards Hall.
  • Training events hosted by HCS, including K-State Supervisory Foundations, will be conducted via Zoom.  Other hosted events such as K-State New Employee Welcome and New Faculty Orientation will also take place virtually.
