Smith to present webinar for Process Equipment Manufacturers' Association
Todd Smith, business and strategy manager of Kansas State University's Bulk Solids Innovation Center, will present a webinar to the Process Equipment Manufacturers' Association, or PEMA, on April 15.
The webinar will summarize how the Bulk Solids Innovation Center is helping industry and how association member companies can collaborate with the center. The webinar is intended for PEMA sales personnel, engineers, and managers who interact with customers, products, or bulk solid processes.
Smith, former PEMA member company executive, will present on the following:
- Testing of material properties, based on a sample of material.
- Education in the areas of bulk solid handling, storage and flow, conveying, filtration, segregation, mixing, safety, etc.
- Equipment testing.
- Scale-up or full-scale testing of a customer's material or process.
- Consulting to help solve difficult issues.
