K-State Veteran Center goes virtual

Submitted by Ismael Rodriguez

K-State nontraditional, veteran and military-connected students can now contact the staff of the K-State Veteran Center at kstatenontrad@k-state.edu or by voicemail at 785-395-8387. Even though staff may be in Leavenworth, San Diego, Junction City, or Manhattan, they continue to answer questions and connect students to university resources.

Beginning on April 10, the staff will open their Zoom portal for a virtual coffee break. Students can drop in between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on Fridays at ksu.zoom.us/j/614754652. They can also contact the staff to set up a one-on-one Zoom appointment.

For updates, students, staff and faculty can visit k-state.edu/nontrad, follow the K-State Veteran Center at twitter.com/kstatenontrad, or check out the March 2020 special edition of the K-State Veteran Connections Newsletter.

For a link to the K-State Veterans Affairs Enrollment Certification Form, students can visit k-state.edu/veteran/forms/vetcertification.pdf.
