The Hospitality Management Club will sell bierocks at the upcoming All-University Open House on Saturday, April 18, at Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering in Justin Hall's Hoffman Lounge. Bierocks are German stuffed rolls that are very popular in Kansas and nearby states.

Preordered bierocks can be picked up from 3:30 until 5:30 p.m. Friday, April 17, and from 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday, April 18. To preorder frozen bierocks to take home, please complete the preorder form, which indicates how many you would like and your approximate pick-up time. Preorders will end at 11:59 p.m. Saturday, April 11, or when 2,000 bierocks have been sold, so order yours soon.

Fresh, hot bierocks, fries and beverages will be available for purchase from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., or while supplies last during open house.

Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering is a student-operated teaching lab where students, staff and the public can enjoy fresh prepared items for lunch from 11 a.m. through 1 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday. Students gain transformational education experiences while planning, preparing and managing the operation.
