Division of Biology seminar speaker to present 'Evolution-proof drugs'

Samuel Brown, associate professor in the School of Biological Sciences at Georgia Tech, will present "Evolution-proof drugs: Conditional treatment strategies for effective and evolutionarily robust infection control" at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 17, in 221 Ackert Hall.
Brown's research interest lies in evolutionary microbiology, bacterial social life, virulence and drug resistance. He studies multiscale dynamics of infectious diseases with the aim of improving the treatment and control of infectious diseases.
