Building Your Conflict Management Toolkit offered Oct. 17

Building Your Conflict Management Toolkit will be offered from 8 a.m. to noon Thursday, Oct. 17, in the K-State Student Union K Ballroom.
Enhance your confidence in managing conflict within your department/unit by building your toolkit geared toward your supervisory role in responding to challenging situations that naturally occur within the workplace.
Participants will learn to do the following at the session:
- Address employee workplace concerns to build a healthy work environment.
- Combine ideas and techniques to cultivate civility in the workplace.
- Access tips and tools to work through difficult conversations.
- Acquire the conflict resolution resources to directly assist with workplace disputes.
You must be a current supervisor of university support staff or unclassified professionals to attend this session. This session is offered in conjunction with the K-State Supervisory Foundations Pillar I: Establishing Your Supervisory Foundation certificate program, therefore, seating is limited.
