PD Chart

Human Capital Services thanks all employees who participated in the 2017 Professional Development Needs Assessment during the month of March. The assessment yielded a 28.30 percent completion rate from all K-State employees, which means that HCS heard from 1,584 employees regarding professional development needs. Of those employees who participated, 10.48 percent were executive/administrative; 19.89 percent were faculty; 37.37 percent were unclassified staff; and 32.26 percent were university support staff.

Human Capital Services will continue to analyze results throughout the months of April and May, and will provide additional assessment findings on the HCS website and in future K-State Today articles.
