K-State Libraries provide study spaces, sustenance and sympathy

Submitted by Darchelle Martin

Finals week is nearly here, but there will be plenty of great study spots and de-stress events at K-State Libraries.

If you're looking for quiet study space, you'll want to find a spot on Hale Library's third floor. On the third floor, cellphones should be on vibrate, conversations or group work are discouraged and headphones should be turned down.

Caffeine Fix returns on Sunday, Dec. 11, Monday, Dec. 12 and Tuesday, Dec. 13. Free coffee, tea, snacks and sympathy will be served from 8-10 p.m. while supplies last.

This year's generous sponsors include Einstein Bros Bagels, Bluestem Bistro, Daylight Donuts, Jimmy John's and Mr. Goodcents.

Looking for other ways to de-stress? We've got you covered!

• Be comfortable in Hale on Sunday, Dec. 11, for Pajama Night. Hot cocoa and coffee will be served at Caffeine Fix.
• Yoga!: 4:30-5:15 p.m. Monday, Dec. 12, on Hale Library's fifth floor. Please bring your own mat or towel.
• Instructor-led, relaxing meditation: 1-1:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 14, on Hale Library's fifth floor.
• Pick up one of our coloring pages at our de-stress station located next to Library Help in Hale Library.
