Talent Acquisition winter break paperwork submission deadlines

To ensure that Talent Acquisition has adequate time to process search documents before the winter break, the following deadlines have been set.
Unclassified searches:
- Appendix 8, 9 and 10 — to receive approval to advertise a search. Paperwork needs to be submitted to our office on or before Friday, Dec. 19. This will ensure that the position gets posted to the vacancy list before break on Monday, Dec. 22.
- Appendix 11 and 12 — to receive approval to interview, make an offer and requests for contracts the paperwork needs to be submitted to our office by noon Monday, Dec. 22.
University support staff searches: Permission to interview or make an offer, needs to be in our office by noon Monday, Dec. 22.
