Degree Verifications

Degree certification provides proof of a student's earned K-State degree.   Degrees may only be verified after they have been conferred to the student's academic record.  

Please Note and Plan Accordingly.

  • Not all Requests for verification will be available for same-day drop-off and pick-up
  • Depending on the request it can take a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to generate during normal working times. 
  • During Peak Times, i.e. beginning of a semeser or end of a semester, it can take seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days or more to generate. 

Current and Former Students

Degree Verification

Degree Verification may be completed using the MyHub feature, offered by National Student Clearinghouse or by ordering an official transcript. If a students degree has been posted/conferred then refer to the Transcript Ordering processes for assistance.

*Upcoming Graduates:  If you have completed all degree requriements or will be completing at the end of the current semester, and you need assistance proving a pending degree completion, please refer to our Degree Verification page for assistance.

Third parties

The Office of the Registrar, as part of Kansas State University, has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification to third parties. All third party requests are required to be submitted to National Student Clearinghouse.   To submit a request please visit www.degreeverify.org 

The services provided by the Clearinghouse are in full compliance with all applicable privacy laws including the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).
