You will be able to address the complex challenges facing our businesses, organizations, and communities, and bring together diverse groups of people to make progress.

Academic Programs

Leadership Studies Certificate | 15 credit hours

In this leadership studies certificate, you’ll build skills like self-awareness, empathy, and collaboration to help you exercise effective leadership in your personal and professional life. Using the Inner Development Goals as a guide, you’ll learn how to take meaningful action on the complex challenges facing organizations and communities.

Nonprofit Leadership Certificate | 12 credit hours

Prepare yourself for a career in social change through the Certificate in Nonprofit Leadership. Have you ever considered starting a nonprofit someday? It’s meant for people interested in learning more about nonprofits, how they’re structured, and how to lead in the nonprofit sector. Maybe that’s as a volunteer, board member, founder, or employee. Nonprofits need people exercising leadership to move their organizations forward.

Global Foods System Leadership Secondary Major | 24 credit hours

Study and exercise leadership on the grand challenges of feeding a growing world population, where you will gain integrated knowledge of the global food system and the leadership capacity to change the system for the common good.
