Exercise Leadership to Influence Change

K-State's Staley School of Leadership works with graduate students to provide personal leadership development experiences where individuals can make positive change on the challenges that matter most. Our innovative approach to learning will equip you with the knowledge, skills, and experience needed to exercise the kind of leadership employers and our communities need.

You will gain a better understanding of the leadership practices necessary to influence change throughout a system. You will deepen your emotional intelligence to inspire others to join you in your work for the common good. And you will be viewed as an innovator and influencer, ready to tackle the grand challenges facing our businesses, organizations, and communities.
