Building Your Conflict Management Toolkit offered virtually on Oct. 27 and 29

Building Your Conflict Management Toolkit will be offered from 8:30-10:30 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, and 8:30-10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 29, via Zoom. Attendance at both sessions will be required to receive credit for the topic.

Enhance your confidence in managing conflict in your department/unit by building your toolkit geared toward your supervisory role in responding to challenging situations that naturally occur in the workplace.

The session will provide the following to participants:

  • Addressing employee workplace concerns to build a healthy work environment.
  • Combining ideas and techniques to cultivate civility in the workplace.
  • Accessing tips and tools to work through difficult conversations.
  • Acquiring the conflict resolution resources to directly assist with workplace disputes.

You must be a current supervisor of university support staff or unclassified professionals to attend this session. This session is offered in conjunction with the K-State Supervisory Foundations Pillar I: Establishing Your Supervisory Foundation certificate program, therefore, seating is limited.
