History Minor
Undergraduate minors provide students an opportunity to emphasize study in an area outside their major curriculum. Courses forming a minor may be used to satisfy the general requirements of a major curriculum.
The History Department offers a 21 credit minor, which requires students to take at least seven courses in history, five of which must be at the 300 level or above.
A GPA of 2.2 is required to declare a history major or minor (except for new students in their first semester at K-State). A cumulative GPA of 2.2 is required to graduate with a minor in history.
