Student Financial Information

Important Update

The assessment of tuition and fees has been delayed while the University reviewed and modified classroom capacities to meet new social distancing requirements, ventilation issues and technology upgrades.  The Important Dates listed below show updated information regarding for the Spring 2021 semester. 

Important Dates 

July 22, 2021: Tuition Assessment

July 27, 2021: eBill Available

August 15, 2021: Financial Aid applied to student accounts.

August 20, 2021: Direct Deposits - Financial Aid refunds available for Fall 2021 term. Sign up today!  (note-availability will vary based on your bank)

August 23, 2021: Checks - Financial Aid refunds will be mailed to local address of record. Checks will not be available to be picked up.

August 23, 2021: First day of Fall 2021 term. Tuition due by 3 p.m.

September 13, 2021: Last day of 100% refund for regular term classes.

September 20, 2021: Last day of 50% refund for regular term classes.

December 10, 2021: Last day of classes.

December 17, 2021: Last day of Final Exams


Link your 529 plan to make direct payments: NEW!

Tuition and Fees

Get the information you need to calculate your costs. K-State classes are offered as face-to-face, a hybrid/blended combination of face-to-face and online, and 100% online.

Pay Tuition

View the options available to pay your tuition and fees. Visit the Student Center in KSIS to schedule automatic payments from a checking account or credit card.

Financial Aid Refunds

Refunds by electronic funds transfer are processed each business day and paper checks are processed once a week.

To Do Checklist

  • Set up Designated Access. Grant parents, guardians or significant others permission to access your student records and pay bills.

  • Sign up for direct deposit. Direct deposit is the quickest and safest method to receive your refund.

  • Update your contact information and mailing address in KSIS anytime it changes.
