You can apply for housing any time after being admitted. Applying for housing is a two-step process, including your housing application and your contract with Housing and Dining Services. Many students choose to live in the residence halls, but Jardine Apartments are also an option for transfer students. While there are no specific deadlines, contract completion (a first-come, first-served basis) will determine room availability. Please begin the process by completing the residence hall application as soon as you decide you want to live on campus.
February 1 is the priority deadline to apply for scholarships for transfer students who will enroll in summer or fall. It is also the deadline for college and departmental scholarship consideration. Some scholarships have unique application deadlines. November 1 is the priority scholarship deadline for transfer students who plan to enroll in the spring semester.
December 1 is the priority deadline to apply for federal student aid. Find out if you qualify for grants, loans and work-study programs with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid, or FAFSA.
