Our mission:
to ensure that all learners have the opportunity for academic success.
Our vision:
to transform into a next-generation learning center.
Academic coaches guide students to create and achieve an academic success plan based on personal goals. We help develop academic skills and connects students to resources.
Peer tutors facilitate the learning process instead of providing answers. We focus on the success of the learning process as a whole not just the end result.
Through success tools, students independently explore different strategies to improve time management, study skills, note-taking, and more.
Our 2024 Checklist:
Create mission and vision statements
Form an advisor board
Create student learning outcomes for each service
Plan and execute an all-encompassing assessment plan
Certify each professional with Level 1 or 2 Learning Center Leadership Certificates
