UFM offers one-credit-hour classes

If you need an extra one-credit-hour course, view the list below. UFM Community Learning Center offers: 

Yoga, pole fitness, pole silks, reformer pilates, hot pilates, aerial hammock, men's yoga, dance fitness, intro to cross fit, intro to powerlifting, intro to weightlifting, marathon training, first aid/CPR/AED, Tae Kwon Do, beginning fencing, women's self defense, meditation and movement, boxing 1-4, women's boxing 1-4, archery, bowling, scuba, tennis, beginner tumbling, back handspring and above, and ninja movement. 

UFM Community Learning Center is a nonprofit campus and community education program serving Kansas State University, the Manhattan area and communities across Kansas.
