Lafene Health Center to host open house
On Monday, Aug. 21, as part of Week of Welcome, Lafene Health Center will host Get the Scoop, an open house for Lafene and Lafene Counseling and Psychological Services, or CAPS. Doors will be open from 5:15-7:15 p.m.
All students are welcome to tour Lafene and Lafene CAPS, learn about its services and enjoy some free Call Hall ice cream. They will also find out about other resources, including The Bandana Project, Cats' Cupboard, and TELUS Health Student Support, formerly My SSP. This is an opportunity to meet some of the medical and nursing staff, along with Lafene's pharmacists, physical therapists and other health care professionals who provide exceptional care.
Lafene Health Center and Lafene CAPS are located at 1105 Sunset Ave., near the corner of Sunset Avenue and Claflin Road.
