Lafene Health Center offers the K-Staters Inspired to Stop Smoking, or K.I.S.S., program free of charge to students, faculty and staff to aid in smoking and/or tobacco cessation.
Kansas Tobacco Quitline
The Kansas Tobacco Quitline proves information and free one-on-one coaching to help tobacco users quit.
HealthQuest - Employees only
The State Employee Health Plan offers a free 12-week cessation program for university employees in benefits-eligible positions. Employees do not have to be enrolled in the state health insurance program to utilize this program. To register, log into your HealthQuest portal, navigate to "Wellness Workshops" and sign up for the "12 Week Tobacco Cessation-Take the First Step!" workshop. Participants can earn up to six HealthQuest credits and $60 HRA/HSA dollars (Plan C, Q, N and J).
