Spring Art Expression Workshop today
The Thrive Navigators will host the spring Art Expression Workshop from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. today, April 17, in the K-State Student Union courtyard.
The workshop is a come-and-go event that encourages participants to use the creative process to help develop self-awareness, explore emotions and reduce stress. Paint supplies and refreshments will be provided for all participants.
Thrive Navigators is a departmental student organization under the leadership of Lafene Health Center and the Morrison Family Center for Student Well-being. Members are passionate about students' emotional well-being and mental health.
