University health requirements for students

Submitted by Shawn Funk

As a reminder, there are several university health requirements for students attending Kansas State University.

All students are required to complete the following health requirements:

  • All students attending the Salina, Manhattan and Olathe campuses must complete the Tuberculosis Questionnaire. Tuberculosis testing may be required.
  • All students attending the Manhattan campus must provide proof of two Measles/Mumps/Rubella, or MMR, vaccinations or a lab report confirming immunity.
  • All students residing in university housing on Manhattan and Salina campuses must provide proof of one Meningococcal ACWY — MCVR, not Meningococcal B — at age 16 years or older.

Global Campus students are not required to meet any of these university health requirements.

If you have not completed these health requirements, visit the Lafene Health Center website and sign in to the myLAFENE+ Patient Portal with your K-State eID. All of the health requirements can be completed through the portal under "Medical Clearances."

If you have questions, call Lafene Health Center at 785-532-6544.
