February HIV Testing Flyer

Kansas State University's LGBT Resource Center in Intercultural Learning and Academic Success is partnering monthly with Positive Connections to bring free HIV/STI testing to the Manhattan campus. Testing is confidential and provided by licensed testing specialists. All students, faculty and staff are encouraged to get tested.

You can register for testing by emailing lgbt@k-state.edu or by showing up to the Morris Family Multicultural Student Center on the ground entrance.

Testing can be accessed through the K-State Student Union ground entrance to the Morris Family Multicultural Student Center from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 16.

Free testing events will continue to be available each month in spring 2022. For any further questions, contact the LGBT Resource Center at lgbt@k-state.edu.

Positive Connections provides comprehensive medical case management and prevention services to 17 counties in northeast Kansas, including Shawnee and Riley counties. Its medical case managers serve nearly 180 clients living with HIV by providing assistance and advocacy to help them communicate with their doctors, obtain medication and adhere to treatment regimens. Positive Connections' prevention services include rapid HIV testing, sexual health education programs, outreach to high-risk populations and condom distribution.
