SSC-Navigate calendar sync changes coming Dec. 23
In the coming year, Microsoft is changing how Office 365 calendar syncing works in SSC-Navigate.
To prevent any interruption or problems, EAB is updating its calendar sync process ahead of the coming Microsoft changes. This SSC-Navigate update allows you to authorize and sync your own calendars individually and is a more secure and reliable way to access data. To prevent issues, we are notifying you about the plans to update calendar syncing in SSC-Navigate on Dec. 23.
Beginning Dec. 24, you will see a new pop-up window after signing in to SSC-Navigate. This pop-up window will ask you to authorize and sync your calendar with SSC-Navigate and your calendar info will be on the Calendar page in SSC-Navigate.
This is a straightforward process that requires just a few short steps. The pop-up window will walk you through the process, however, a written guide is available on the SSC Resources page.
