SAGA hosts Ally Cats outreach event on LGBTQ+ identities
The K-State Sexuality and Gender Alliance, a registered departmental student organization, invites anyone interested in learning about LGBTQ+ identities and what it means to be an ally to join us for a student-led event with a focus on engaging dialogue and advancing campus climate.
This event will take place at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, in the Flint Hills Room of the K-State Student Union.
Thomas Lane, vice president for student life and dean of students, will open this event with a welcome address.
There will be a presentation on issues facing LGBTQ+ students and a student/ally panel with a Q&A portion.
