****Note: This event has been canceled****

Andrew Hendry, professor in the department of biology at McGill University and leader in the field of eco-evolutionary dynamics, will deliver a seminar in the Division of Biology titled, "Eco-Evolutionary Dynamics in Galapagos" at 3:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 28, in 221 Ackert Hall.

Hendry's main research interest is how evolution interacts with ecological change and how evolution feeds back to influence ecological change. He has researched broadly on eco-evolutionary dynamics in various systems, including three-spine sticklebacks, Trinidadian guppies and Darwin's finches. He will speak on his work with Darwin's finches on the Galapagos and how they have evolved in response to differences in seed distributions.
