Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering offering food orders for All-University Open House

Submitted by College of Human Ecology

The student groups in the hospitality management department will sell bierocks during the upcoming All-University Open House on April 7 at Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering in Justin Hall.

Bierocks are German stuffed rolls that are very popular in Kansas and nearby states. Bierocks will be available for pick up from 5-6 p.m. Friday, April 6. On Saturday, April 7, bierocks, sides and beverages will be available for purchase from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., or while supplies last.

To be sure we prepare enough, please let us know how many bierocks you want to purchase by completing a short online survey. You also can indicate when you want to pick them up.

Thank you very much for your attention and support for students in the hospitality management department at K-State.

Lacy's Fresh Fare and Catering is a student operated teaching lab where students, staff and the public can enjoy fresh prepared breakfast rolls and lunch menus from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday through Friday. Students gain transformational education experience while planning, preparing and managing the operation.
