Wellness Week: Think it Through Thursday
The following events are part of Wellness Week on Thursday, April 5.
Think it Through Thursday will focus on mindfulness and study breaks through journaling, coloring, yard games and hammock relaxation from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Coffman Commons between Eisenhower Hall and Hale Library.
A Take What You Need event also will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Union's terrace to encourage positive messages during National Sexual Assault Awareness Month.
