Don't miss the 2016 Benefits Fair on Thursday, Oct. 6

Join your colleagues at the 2016 Kansas State University Benefits Fair from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 6, at the K-State Student Union Ballroom.
Mary Spinks, State Employee Health Plan representative, will present on the 2017 health plans for all state of Kansas employees. Her presentations will take place at 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. in Forum Hall at the K-State Student Union.
A KPERS retirement workshop will be at noon in Forum Hall at the K-State Student Union. This presentation will provide information to KPERS participants who are interested in retiring in the next five to 10 years.
While attending the fair, make time to attend one of the wellness chats in the ballroom:
- 9:45 a.m., How Stress Can Make Us Overeat and Strategies To Stay on Track.
- 10:45 a.m., Chair Yoga.
- 1 p.m., Balancing Life.
