Leadership studies/Black Student Union community conversation Oct. 24

Submitted by Ryan Haefke

Join the Staley School of Leaderships Studies and the Black Student Union for a community conversation from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 24, in 127 Leadership Studies Building.

The purpose of the conversation is to create space for the K-State family to consider issues of justice that influence the overall success of our community. A particular focus will be given to imagining new ways to address racial inequality to improve the success of students and create a more inclusive campus environment. These work sessions will identify common values and interests across campus that will be used to generate a document that will be used to advocate for specific action steps in the area of equity and justice education.
