Seeking participants for Fit-Minded Working Moms study

Submitted by Emily Mailey

In collaboration with researchers at Arizona State University, Emily Mailey and Brandon Irwin in the kinesiology department have developed a Web-based study designed to help working moms prioritize their own health and well-being.

Fit-Minded Working Moms is a Web-based, national program that uses fun and engaging podcasts, online discussions and activities in order to help working moms change the way they think about physical activity. Moms ages 20-50 who work 30 or more hours per week, have a child age 12 or under, and are not regularly active are eligible to participate.
