Teachers and Employees Association annual business meeting
The Teachers and Employees Association, or TEA, will host its annual business meeting at 3 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 15, in Room 307 of Hale Library.
All TEA members are invited and encouraged to join the meeting. Included on the agenda will be the discussion and subsequent vote of whether or not to revise the TEA Constitution and Bylaws to remove the current required one-time $10 membership fee. The constitution and bylaws may be amended, repealed, or altered in whole or in part by a two-thirds vote by members present or by proxy at any regular or special meeting.
If you are unable to attend the meeting and would like to have your vote counted by proxy, you may email your vote to Grant Chapman, TEA president, at grantchapman@k-state.edu and copy Mark Weiss, TEA secretary, at weiss@vet.k-state.edu. To ensure your proxied vote is counted, please email it no later than Wednesday, Feb. 14.
