USS performance review deadline extended to Feb. 29
Human Resources has extended the university support staff annual performance review deadline from Jan. 31 to Feb. 29.
The adjusted deadline does not apply to USS probationary reviews. Probationary reviews will continue to follow deadlines as detailed in the Performance Management Process in PPM 4080. Supervisors should submit probationary reviews via email to HR’s Maggi Denton.
USS annual performance reviews typically are due between Nov. 1. and Jan. 31, per PPM 4080.
Annual performance reviews resulting in a rating of "Meets Expectations" or above do not need to be sent to HR. If an employee receives a "Less Than Meets Expectations" rating, however, please email the performance review to HR's Maggi Denton.
