WellCAT Toolkit for Well-being available for faculty and staff

The Morrison Family Center for Student Well-being launched a WellCAT Toolkit for Well-being during the spring 2023 semester in an effort to help faculty and staff support students who are experiencing social and emotional challenges. The toolkit brings together multiple campus resources in an easy-to-use, all-in-one-place guide. It can be used to better assist students in one-on-one meetings and guide them to appropriate resources based on a continuum of needs from self-guided resiliency resources to clinical resources to crisis resources.

The toolkit currently has three sections, and more content will be added throughout the semester. The sections include an initial welcome letter and overview, tools for helping students in distress and a quick help flow chart with active links to key resources.
