SSC-Navigate Academic Planner Template Builder training for advisors offered Sept. 1

The SSC-Navigate Academic Planner Template Builder training, NAV003, will be from 1-3 p.m. Friday, Sept. 1, in 3 Holton Hall.
This training is intended for new staff members who build the academic planner templates used by advisors and students when crafting long-range academic plans. The training will cover new functionality that exists in the updated next-generation template builder and will be most beneficial to new template builders. Staff who attended training sessions for the previous legacy version of the template builder are welcome to attend but should not feel that this session is mandatory, as there is significant overlap.
The training will briefly tour the advisor and student view of academic plans but will not focus on using the planner. We will discuss gaining access to the template-building tool, options and functionality within the platform, current best practices, along with tips and tricks.
Access to the platform before the training is not necessary, but it may provide a better experience for the user. No computers are in the room, so attendees may want to bring their own laptops if they wish to follow along while looking at their own information.
