Reminder: Register for Winter Academic Advising Institute

Registration for the upcoming K-State/NACADA Academic Advising Winter Institute on Jan. 9 closes on Jan. 5.
The K-State/NACADA Academic Advising Winter Institute is from 8:30 a.m. to 4:15 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9. Sessions are available in person or via Zoom. Lunch is provided for those attending in person.
The schedule of events includes workshops on recognizing implicit bias, difficult conversations, using Navigate, advising graduate students, a Green Bandana Project training and more. If attending in person, please bring a laptop for active learning opportunities. Learn more on the Advising Institute website.
The Academic Advising Institute is sponsored by NACADA: The Global Community for Academic Advising and the Office of Student Success. Advising institutes are held twice per year and provide opportunities for professional development, focusing on student success at K-State.
