Video observation better than surveys to measure food safety behaviors

Submitted by Douglas Powell

Doug Powell and two colleagues — Ben Chapman, North Carolina State University, and Tanya MacLaurin, Guelph, — got together to create a how-to paper for video observation to measure food safety behaviors.

The three published "Video observation and data coding methods to assess food handling practices at food service" in Food Protection Trends volume 33 (3), pages 146–156.
