Provost names search committee for dean of College of Architecture, Planning & Design

Chuck Taber, provost and executive vice president, has appointed the committee to lead a national search for the university’s next dean of the College of Architecture, Planning & Design.
Chairing the committee will be Bonnie Rush, dean of the College of Veterinary Medicine. The university has engaged the services of Academic Career & Executive Search, an executive search firm, to support the search process.
Search committee members:
- Bonnie Rush, committee chair, professor and dean, College of Veterinary Medicine.
- Anne Beamish, associate professor of landscape architecture, LACRP graduate coordinator and Ph.D. program director.
- JD Crom, sophomore in landscape architecture.
- Cale Doornbos, principal at Lamar Johnson Collaborative.
- Damon Fairchild, College of Architecture, Planning & Design senior director of development for the KSU Foundation.
- Mitzi Farmer, director of academic services, College of Architecture, Planning & Design.
- Mariana Garcia Junqueira, assistant professor of interior architecture and industrial design.
- Sharon Hartwich, budget/fiscal officer, College of Architecture, Planning & Design.
- Matt Knox, professor and department head of architecture.
- Kimberly Kramer, professor of architectural engineering and construction science and director of graduate studies.
- Casey Lauer, associate vice president, Division of Facilities.
- Michael McGlynn, associate professor of architecture and director of architecture academic internship program.
- Matthew Murphy, senior in architecture.
