Tiffani Dye joins Human Capital Services benefits team

Submitted by Jason Talbert

Human Capital Services announces the addition of a new staff member, Tiffani Dye, to the benefits team, effective Sept. 6.

Dye most recently served Manhattan-Ogden USD 383 as its benefits coordinator where she was responsible for administering almost all aspects of their total rewards and leave packages. At K-State, Dye will serve as the lead for KPERS-related matters, including helping members understand their retirement plan(s), conducting consultations and assisting with the retirement process. In time, Dye's responsibilities will also include administering optional group life insurance and other optional benefits through both the Teachers and Employees Association and KPERS, assisting GA/GTA/GRA health insurance enrollment and many other aspects of K-State benefits.

Dye has a passion for serving others, building relationships and being actively involved in the Manhattan community. Please welcome Dye and her family, including daughters Mady, 12, and Grace, 5, to K-State.
