Building Your Conflict Management Toolkit offered June 20

Building Your Conflict Management Toolkit will be offered from 8 a.m. to noon Monday, June 20, in the K-State Alumni Center Banquet Room C.
Enhance your confidence in managing conflict in your department/unit by building your supervisory toolkit in responding to challenging situations that naturally occur within the workplace.
The session will help participants:
- Address employee workplace concerns to build a healthy work environment.
- Combine ideas and techniques to cultivate civility in the workplace.
- Access tips and tools to work through difficult conversations.
- Acquire the conflict resolution resources to directly assist with workplace disputes.
Participants must be current supervisors of university support staff or unclassified professionals to attend this session. This session is offered in conjunction with the K-State Supervisory Foundations Pillar I: Establishing Your Supervisory Foundation certificate program. Seating is limited.
