Legleiter and Hatch co-present at human resources conference

Submitted by Human Capital Services

Shanna Legleiter, associate vice president in Human Capital Services, and Kathleen Hatch, Morrison Family associate vice president for student well-being, co-presented with two counterparts from Northwest Missouri State University at the 2022 virtual College and University Professional Association of Human Resources Conference on April 19.

Chris Dawe, assistant vice president, health and well-being, and Krista Barcus, assistant vice president of human resources, joined Legleiter and Hatch to showcase partnerships available between student well-being and human resources work.

The session, "Refuel, Invest, and Inspire Campus Well-being," highlighted micro-strategies to refuel in the most challenging times, ways to utilize influence to create and navigate sustainable communities of care and identifying opportunities for scaling strategies to create cultures of compassion and well-being on campuses.
