Porath to present '4 Tools for Making Meaning of Content' TLC professional development event today

As part of the Teaching and Learning Center's Professional development series, Suzanne Porath, assistant professor of curriculum and instruction, will present "4 Tools for Making Meaning of Content" from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 26, via Zoom.
We all have tried-and-true tools that we use to help students make meaning of content. This session will provide a reminder of some tools you may have in your toolbox but might have forgotten to use lately. We’ll review FlipGrid, One Pagers/Graffiti Walls, the Jigsaw technique and Jam Boards. We hope you will be able to file away these four tools in your toolbox — no matter your discipline or level.
