K-Staters can voluntarily upload COVID-19 vaccination cards

Kansas State University is encouraging students, faculty and staff to voluntarily upload their COVID-19 vaccine cards to the myLafene+ patient portal.
By uploading their COVID-19 vaccine cards, K-Staters can help Lafene Health Center continue to track vaccination rates at the university.
After logging into the myLafene+ patient portal, K-State students, faculty and staff should navigate to the Medical Clearances section at the top of the left menu. Click on the green Update button in the COVID Vaccine section to upload a copy of your COVID-19 vaccination card. Providing proof of vaccination is not a requirement under any university policy, and doing so is voluntary.
Kansas State University continues to strongly encourage all students, faculty and staff who can receive a COVID-19 vaccine to do so before arriving on a K-State campus. Individuals who are not vaccinated are strongly encouraged to continue wearing face coverings.

K-Staters are encouraged to get their COVID-19 vaccine now to be fully vaccinated before the fall semester starts on Monday, Aug. 23.
K-State students, faculty and staff can continue to receive COVID-19 vaccines through Lafene Health Center. Appointments are required and can be made on the myLafene+ patient portal or by calling 785-532-6544.
The Riley County Health Department also offers two-dose COVID-19 vaccinations. Appointments are required and can be scheduled by calling the Riley County Health Department at 785-565-6560.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention offers an online tool to find a COVID-19 vaccine near you. Find more COVID-19 vaccine information from the Kansas Department of Health and Environment. Your primary care provider also can provide additional information about the COVID-19 vaccine.
HealthQuest credits are also available for employees who report COVID-19 immunizations.
